As lawyers argue over seats Naira Marley's prosecution is postponed until December

Azeez Fashola, also known as Nair Marley, has been adjourned before the Federal High Court in Lagos by 11 and 12 December after a heated argument this morning for sitting in court.

Today 24 October, the process was resumed and, as the judge decided to hear the case, Rotimi Oyedepo, counsel of , Olalekan Ojo, SAN, and two other senior lawyers, the lawyer representing Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), have started quarreling with other seats on the Court.

Judge Nicholas Oweibo, President of the Court, appealed to the lawyers to support the government for insufficient courtroom space.
